Achieving high quality results with any type of printing can be difficult, however the larger the print,
the more difficult it becomes. Did you know that all humans do not see color exactly the same way?
This is compounded by the fact that appearance of color can change under different lighting conditions,
and vary based on the printer and paper on which they are printed. Larger prints require high quality images,
which result in hard-to-manage file sizes.
Our software addresses all these isssues and more facing evey individual or group who wishes to print.
The fact that the output is larger just makes imperfections more noticeable, thus more important to prevent!

The Importance Of Color Management
Color management is the art of reproducing color accurately and consistently on any output device
- in our case a printer (and monitor). Printing and even displaying color images accurately is a
challenge due to the wide diversity of technologies used in digital printers, the software driving
them, and the ink and media they consume.

|
Each digital device varies in capacity to replicate the immense
range of colors found in the real world. Nearly all modern printers possess default settings intended to produce
decent color output, however achieving superior color accuracy, requires the use of color correction tools such as
a Raster Image Processor (RIP).
Since each of our solutions use PDF as a standard format, we ensure these files are created
to take advantage of the great results a good RIP queue can provide (hardware
or software based). This is an essential step in ensuring your print will have accurate color.

Vector Graphics Allow You To Grow
A vector graphic is one in which the shape or path of a line is defined by math.
Vector graphics are basically points connected by lines of various shapes, filled with solid colors.
Why do we want to draw a shape with math?
File sizes are usually very small - rather than describing the many squares (pixels) in a bitmap,
it is only necessary to describe the math involved in recreating the image.
|
 |
Vectors also have infinite resolution which means no matter how large you expand or how small you contract the object,
it will always show smooth, clear edges and details. This allows a small 36kb logo file for example, to be printed
at ANY size and it will always look great!
Vectors play such an important part in our software that we have dedicated an entire layer to it - the Shape Layer. This
layer allows you to change colors in your design while not having to modify raster images.
Our templates are designed to maximize the use of vectors to create large prints with sharp-looking results.
You do not have to be worried about all the details involved (no math),
yet you still achieve high-quality and professional results!
